Seven on Sunday: Week 1

I am in the process of getting all of my 57,809 pictures organized on a backup drive--a process NOT for the faint of heart. However I have to say I have loads of great Throwback Thursday material :) In the process I have realized I take a zillion pictures but don't often have time to blog every single "event."

Soooo, I am going to (attempt/try) "Seven on Sunday" which will be my recap of the week and force me to get all of the pictures off my camera and my phone and onto the computer on a weekly basis. My goal is to post one picture "highlight" from each day the previous week. This will also be helpful considering I can't remember what we did yesterday, much less the rest of the week!

Soooooo here we go...my first Seven on Sunday! Of course this week I don't have one picture for everyday, so it's going to be more like 3 on Sunday :) I'll be up to speed next week!

Fun in Fresno

Since we had not visited Fresno in roughly 9 months, we decided we were due for a trip down there! The kids had a ball swimming all day long in the 100++ degree heat. We also were able to take a trip to the Zoo and Storyland and the Roeding Park rides--places I went when I was a kid. It was neat to take our kids there!!!!

A trip wouldn't be complete without my Classic Family Kid Pic...one kid screaming, one smiling and one being goofy. Yep, par for the course.
Sarah had fun swimming with Grandpa
Fun at the Zoo
Riding the Merry-go-Round at Roeding Park
They had to cool down in the water-play area!
A Roeding Park trip is not complete without a ride on the train!

A Pic for Daddy

Here's my first shot at getting the kids all together for a group picture. I think it turned out as best as I could get it!! We gave this to Daddy for Father's Day :)

I know I'll look at this picture years from now and just wish I could have bottled up the kid's ages and kept it. Brooke with all her toothlessness, Buddy and his pure goofiness and then there is Sarah and her innocence, totally aloof to what in the world is going on! Good times!
