Ingredients
Salad:
Baby Mixed Greens
Chicken breast, cooked and chopped
Apples, chopped
Dried cranberries or raisins
Crumbled blue cheese
Dressing:
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Whisk all ingredients in the dressing and set aside.
2. Combine all salad ingredients, toss with the dressing and serve!
